Late fee payment of 4% of annual assessments is required for any assessment paid after May 1st of the respective year that assessment was due. Past late fee rates are as follows:

• $11.00 for 2021 to 2025 assessments of $275

• $9.68 for 202 and prior assessments of $242

Note: It is your responsibility to pay the late fee if you are late in paying your assessments; if you pay late and do not pay the late fee, your account in the association records will reflect an unpaid balance. If left unpaid, the association will be obligated to file a lien on your property. Any costs associates with lien filing will be added to the balance on your property’s account.
