About Woodmoor
The Woodmoor subdivison has been a part of the Clinton community since 1979. We have many long-time residents who have stayed in our neighborhood because it is such a great place to live.
Woodmoor is governed by the Woodmoor Homeowners Association, as well as the Woodmoor Covenants and Bylaws, to ensure that our neighborhood stays competitive with our property values.
