Late fee payment of $9.68 (4% of 2020 and prior annual assessments) is required if you are paying your assessment after May 1st of the respective year that assessment was due.

Please note: It is your responsibility to pay the late fee if you are late in paying your assessments; if you pay late and do not pay the late fee, your account in the association records will reflect an unpaid balance. If left unpaid, the association will be obligated to file a lien on your property. Any costs associates with lien filing will be added to the balance on your property’s account.
