This item should be used to pay for any delinquent payments at prior assessment rates as follows:
$275 for 2021 to 2025
$242 for 202 and prior
Note: the associated 4% late fee for any delinquent payment must also be added to your cart.
It is your responsibility to pay the late fee if you are late in paying your assessments; if you pay late and do not pay the late fee, your account in the association records will reflect an unpaid balance. If left unpaid, the association will be obligated to file a lien on your property. Any costs associates with lien filing will be added to the balance on your property’s account.
Note: there is a third-party processing fee of $0.30 + 2.9% associated with paying online. This is solely to cover the cost of using online payments and will appear during checkout as a shipping charge.
