This item should be used to pay for any delinquent payments for 2021 to 2025. Note that the associated 4% late fee of $11 for any delinquent payment must also be added to your cart.

Please note: It is your responsibility to pay the late fee if you are late in paying your assessments; if you pay late and do not pay the late fee, your account in the association records will reflect an unpaid balance. If left unpaid, the association will be obligated to file a lien on your property. Any costs associates with lien filing will be added to the balance on your property’s account.
