Payment of your annual assessment is due on or before May 1st to avoid late fees. Delinquency will automatically incur a 4% late fee equating to $12 for the $300 assessment.

Please note: It is your responsibility to pay the late fee if you are late in paying your assessments; if you pay late and do not pay the late fee, your account in the association records will reflect an unpaid balance. If left unpaid, the association will be obligated to file a lien on your property. Any costs associates with lien filing will be added to the balance on your property’s account.
